Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
Handle monthly progress claim and final claim
Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
Experience in tender preparation, measurement and estimation for earthwork / civil engineering / A&A projects
Taking off quantities
Compile RFQ, Submit the quotation and Submit the relevant documentation
All other QS related job
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Architecture
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proactive and good communication with Client to meet the deadlines.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical.
