Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and other QS documents
Handle project budgeting, cost control, and progress claims
Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Prepare and present reports on project financial status and forecasting.
Ensure all work complies with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Support the project team in managing procurement and subcontractor activities.
Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project success.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
Good with numbers and can pay attention to details, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
