Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
? Monitor project expenditures, variations, and progress claims.
? Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
? Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
? Review contracts, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
? Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
? Provide timely financial reports and cost control measures.
Requirements:
? Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
? Minimum 2-3 years of QS experience (fresh graduates with strong academic records may apply).
? Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, BuildSoft) and Microsoft Excel.
? Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
? Knowledge of Singapore construction contracts (SIA, REDAS, etc.) and regulations.
? Ability to work independently and in a team.
