Study and understand all tender drawings and specifications
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, and other documentation
Call quotations, compare prices, costing summary and prepare bill of quantities
Assessment of progress payments and to subcontractors/suppliers
Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors
To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting
Reporting to Contract Manager
To keep the Superior informed of all contractual and site matters
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your Superior/Management deem fit
Job Specifications
At least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
* At least 3 years of relevant experiences in Construction/Building industry
