Job Description
Tender Preparation and analyze cost comparisons for construction projects Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure cost Analysis and Estimation within the approved limits. Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Responsible for client and subcontractor coordination, quantity take-offs, and measurements Handle Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and manage sub-contractor payments Perform all other QS-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent * Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
