Job Description
1. Submit monthly claims
2. Prepare bill of quantities which involve quantity take off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs estimate and final quote using schedule of rates
3. Source for quotations from sub-contractors, suppliers and specialists, carry out cost comparison and negotiation.
4. Attend meetings to finalize quantity if necessary
