Job Description
Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation Responsible for quantities take-off / measurements within targeted timeline Study and review the tender documents and raise queries for clarifications Prepare Bill of Quantities Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers & subcontractors Compilation and comparison of quotes Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner Responsible for maintenance of projects documentations To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD Attend site recce (if necessary)
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required (preferably with LTA Projects) Team player Well versed in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc * Self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
