Job Description
Conduct cost analysis utilizing architectural and structural drawings, accounting for materials, necessary steel moulds and labour
Develop a comprehensive bill of quantities along with cost plans for the Engineer to provide accurate customer quotes
Manage and monitor predetermined budgets and project expenditures, maintaining control over all financial aspects. Track project progress, overseeing measurement and valuation of contract variations
Generate precise monthly reports on the advancement of each project
Participate in client meetings to address their requirements and ensure successful project delivery
