Measure and take off quantities from plans/drawings based on specifications, prepare and submit quotations and source suppliers/subcontractors (if necessary)
Prepare and submit necessary bidding requirements
Work liaise and coordinate closely with the Site team, Client, subcontractors and suppliers
Review the terms and conditions of the Sub-contract agreement
Pre-contracts, In-contracts & Post-contracts administrations
Issue job sheets & DOs and take-off quantities of work done
Take part on the planning & schedule, monitor and keep records of works and the progress of jobs done Prepare and follow-up monthly progress claims in timely manner and analyze variations
Evaluate and certify subcon progress payments and supplier billing
Assist the WSHC in Safety documents preparation
Other Ad-Hoc duties as required by Management
Job Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Landscape & Construction related or Equivalent
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook Powepoint, etc.)
3. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2D
4. Horticulture or Arborist certificate is an advantage but not required
5. Able to read Construction Drawing & documents and take off quantities
