Job Description
:
lead the tendering process prepare tender documentation submit quotation or tender document estimate construction cost in competitive manner monitor monthly progress process claims and contractual payment negotiate and award sub-contractors attend site meeting and assist supervisors in letter/report writing and corresponding contract issues responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager. order paint materials correctly and follow up with the delivery status
Requirements
:degree in quantity surveyor or equivalent at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry good in English communication (
very important!
) Must be confident on talking to clients and suppliers! good in attitude and must be willing to learn. *Prefer someone who has at least 1 years' working experience in SG as a QS!!!
