Requirements


Possess relevant qualification, e.g. diploma/degree Experience in measurement of quantities, seeking ITQs from Sub-contractors/suppliers and tendering for new projects Preferably with experience in HDB BTOs / Upgrading projects, if there are only other projects experience, pls indicate as well Good team player and keen to learn
Job Scope


Preparation of tender documents, calling for quotations and evaluating of tender submissions Preparation of monthly progress claim and certification of sub-contractor's claim Liaise and establish support with client and consultants on the certificate of payments claim including variation works * Liaise with sub-contractors over site progress, claims and issues
