Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Manage costing and budgeting for ongoing projects and tender submissions.
Prepare and process progress payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project progress, contract terms, and deliverables.
Review and evaluate contract terms, project specifications, and tender documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and cost control procedures.
Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma in Quantity Surveying
, Building, or related discipline.
Minimum 2
years of relevant experience
in the construction industry, preferably in
precast concrete works
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and
Microsoft Excel
.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
