Main Responsibilities:

??Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities Sourcing for required material and suppliers Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers/ sub-contractors Contract administration

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution Min 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design Knowledge in Building Contracts Meticulous and have a good eye for details Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills Able to work independently in fast paced working environment Knowledge in computer software such as MS Word. MS Excel, etc
