Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents for construction and renovation projects.
Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare cost comparison reports.
Manage project cost control, including budgeting, variations, and progress claims.
Conduct measurement and valuation of completed works for progress payments and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and cost matters.
Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with budget and contract terms.
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final account documentation.
Support the Project Manager in procurement and contract administration.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction or interior fit-out industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity measurement software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
