Job Description
WE ARE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SUPPLYING SIGNAGE AND RELATED PRODUCTS.
:
Prepare and analyze cost comparison Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with main and sub-contractors Responsible for measuring quantities Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments All other QS related job scope
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent At least 2 years experience as QS in construction industry * Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
