Job Description

Responsibilities:

Source for quotation for materials and services Prepare procurement documentation, subcontractor/supplier agreements, and payment recommendations Evaluation of price comparison and prepare costing summary Plan project cost, prepare estimations and carry out quantity measurements. Manage claims, budget & cost control Prepare progress claims and variatio orders Settle final accounts and ensure accurate documentation Maintain up-to-date records for all project-related correspondence. Contracts administration and support contract-related processes. Handle contractual issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably experience in civil/ land reclamation projects Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong organizing and time management skills Able to work independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment * Work location will be at Changi
