Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.Experience:
2-3 years of pre and post-contract QS experience is required.?
Work Schedule & Shifts
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00pm
Salary range:
$3,000 - $4,500/month (Based on experience)Days off:
Approx. 6 days per month?

Job Scope
Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and cost reports. Manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specifications. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets. Review tender drawings, identify discrepancies, and source suitable subcontractors. Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.

Requirements
Proficiency in the tendering process is essential; experience in the ACMV or building industry is highly advantageous. Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
