Job Description
In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of all civil engineering/electrical & mechanical/landscaping projects
Involved in tender preparation and participation
Responsible for progress payments claims & other contractual matters
Preparation and co-ordination of all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities
Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications in Civil/ Structural Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline 3 years of experience in roles as QS Proficient in MS office & contract administration Must be meticulous with positive work attitude Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills Knowledge of autocad 2D & 3D skills would be an added advantage * Independent and a good team player
