Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor civil/structural works across project sites Handle full spectrum of quantity surveying, including cost estimation & documentation Attend meetings with consultants, track project progress, and manage technical submissions Coordinate dormitory and migrant worker accommodation requirements Prepare monthly reports, material take-offs, and project billings Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and conduct site inspections Support RE/RTO with audit readiness, manpower scheduling, and safety compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore Strong project costing, tender submission, and documentation knowledge Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) Completed BCSS and Work at Height (WAH) training Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Microsoft Office Familiar with construction tech and site IT systems Experience managing migrant workers & dormitory coordination Proficient in Workforce Management Systems for manpower tracking Familiar with E-Submission Tools (e.g. Corenet X, BCA/URA portals) * Knowledge of construction IT systems and project digitalization tools
