Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing Source quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures Prepare and submit monthly progress claim Negotiate and award sub-contracts Process sub contractor claims and contractual payment Prepare and manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors Attend project meetings and tender interviews Prepare materials samples for approval

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study. Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works Proactive, meticulous and conscientious * Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
