Job Responsibilities
Familiar with both Pre and Post Contract Review tender documents, drawings, contract, bill of quantities and prepare cost estimation for tenders Proficient in AutoCad and CAD Measure. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, sub-contractors to obtain most competitive pricing Coordinate and organize tender procedures and processes Subcontract negotiations and award Preparation of project cash flows, cost estimates, variation orders Preparation of Progress claim to Client and payment to subcontractors The work requires to move to jurong island sites often to prepare claims and evaluate sub contractors claim.REQUIREMENTS Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering At least 8 years of relevant experience Excellent in verbal and communication skills Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law Knowledge in construction products and materials * Able to interact with various stakeholders
