Tender and contract document administration
Taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers
Pricing and preparation for tender submission
Negotiation and procurement of materials and equipment
Preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting
Pre-and-post-contract administration, timely processing of progress claims and final accounts
Other Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by top management
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field, preferably with Architecture/Engineering /QS background
Strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
Able to focus and work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
Able to read and understand drawings and specifications
Able to work independently, highly self-motivated, and a good team player

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
