Responsibilities:- Taking-off quantities for tendering
- Contracts administration
- Project Procurment and Purchasing
- Preparation of Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts
- Skill of Negotiation
- Co-ordination Skills and Render support to project team
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surverying or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Independent & able to meet deadlines
- Well versed in interprating drawings
- Good Analytical Skills in problem-solving
- 5.5 Working Days
- Working Location: Macpherson Area
