Job Description
:
- Monthly salary from $2600 - $3000 (depending on working experience) \xef\xbb\xbf
- 5 Days work week
- Nearest MRT Pioneer
- Prepares sales orders and quotations.
- Handles variation orders, progress claims and final account settlements.
- Reviewing tender and contract documents.
- Other QS functions as assigned by Management.
- Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
- Min 2- 3 years of local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm
- MS Office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Meticulous, Independent, Ability to work in a team with a good working attitude
