Job Description
- Together with their sister company, they have a combined history of almost 50 years.
- GB1 for General Builder, Main Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
- 5.5 days work week | 830am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm / 830am \xe2\x80\x93 12pm
- Jurong East location
- Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
- General Contract administration and measurement works
- Liaise with subcontractor and clients
- Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
- Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
- Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
- Past projects involved - What kind of building or constructions, duration, value, name, etc
- Notice period
- Possess at least a diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Quantity surveyor experience in local main building construction projects or Private housing (semi-detached, bungalows) projects
