Responsibilities:

Recommend appropriate procurement route for Construction projects
Vet and confirm scope of services with the users on tender specifications, and prepare tender documents
Administer tenders for Construction projects
Evaluate and recommend award of tenders
Evaluate and manage progress payment and variation orders
Act as PSA agent under the title of Superintending Officer Representative.
Advice on dispute resolution for contractual matters
Prepare cost estimates for business feasibility studies for projects.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
At least 2-3 years\' relevant professional experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation and contract administration
Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Analytical with good negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
