- Work location will be based at the site office in Loyang/ Changi
- Preparation of RFQ's
- Source for quotation for materials and service
- Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Responsible for main claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement for final account
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
- Manage subcon/supplier payment and progress claims
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project team members
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
