Job Scope

Perform quantity taking off and cost estimate of tender for new projects.
Prepare tender & contract documents
Prepare and assess contractors\xe2\x80\x99 claims for progress claim and variation works
Prepare contractual correspondences related to the project
Sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers
Attend project meeting
Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building equivalent.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
Able to work well under the pressure of deadlines
Able to work independently and is a team player.
Knowledge in statutory processing and various construction methods and techniques will be an added advantage
Able to operate AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
Applicants with extensive experience will be considered for senior positions

Job Type: Permanent Salary: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
