Pre/post contract administration, preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
Quantity taking-off, cost estimation and project planning
Subcontractors sourcing and liaising for quotations
Perform cost planning and cost control
Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments, assist in verifying subcontractor claims for projects.
Settle contractual disputes

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in related field
Basis knowledge of PSSCOC, SIACOC and REDAS
Familiar with construction cost and construction works
Able to work independently and as a team with other quantity surveyors
Good verbal and written communication skills
