Job Description
Our client, a well-known M&E contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Quantity Surveyor (Tender - Fire Protection).Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of tender submission
- Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
- Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
- Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate
- Liaise, communicate and work with sub-contractors/vendors/suppliers
- Degree/Diploma/NITEC and Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years QS experience related to FP services
- MS Office software proficient
- Cubic Cost Software proficient
- A good team player
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
