Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation Procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects while ensuring cost efficiency Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and expenditure Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Assist in contract administration, purchase orders, and payment claims Track inventory and maintain procurement records Provide input for project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 1 years' experience in quantity surveying and procurement, preferably in civil, electrical, or telecom underground works Knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and tendering processes Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant procurement / project management software Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders Knowledge of electrical or telecom underground services is a plus

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
