- Quantity Surveyor (M&E / ACMV Trade)
- Office Based
- 5 Days
- Near to Ubi MRT
- $2800 - $4000 + AWS + VB
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in M&E or ACMV Trade
- Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients (ACMV and Electrical Services)
- Preparation of variation orders at project intervals.
- Carry out contract administration duties.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand clients needs and provide best value for money solutions.
- Any other related-QS tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
