• Employer: MNC, A1 Main Contractor (NOT China Company)
• Location: North Area, with Pick up from Woodlands/ Admiralty MRT
• Working hrs; Mon- Fri/8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm, 5 days/ 40 hrs.
• Salary: SGD 4,500

IMPORTANT NOTE: We DO NOT SPONSOR ANY FORM WORK PASSES, You Must have a minimum of 3 years of Singapore Civil QS mega project work experience.Requirements: * Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil and Material Engineering, and related academics are acceptable.

• Min 3 years of Singapore working experience as a civil QS/ STRICTLY NO WORK PASS.
• With Good Spoken / Written English, must be able to communicate well.
• Responsible, positive work attitude, ability to work independently, meticulous, and good writing skills will be an added advantage.

• Review and interpret contract documents, and engineering documents such as contract agreements, specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
• Taking off quantities, preparing BOQ, calling of quotations, preparation.
• Submission of payment claim and its supporting documents. To liaise with the construction team on the accurate quantity of work done for monthly claims.
• Prepare payments, and calculate quantities, for contractor\xe2\x80\x99s and subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99/vendors\xe2\x80\x99 payment responses.
• Detail pricing breakdown, valuation of variation, and loss and expense build-up. Prepare settlement for the final account.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and regular site visits.
• Extension of time notice, application, and management.
• Any other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager/Project-in-Charge.
