Job Scope:- * Updating Tender in hands in Public drive * Supporting Senior QS in arranging site showround and sales enquiries * Arrange for collection of Tender documents [ cheque ] * Arra Job Scope:- Updating Tender in hands in Public drive Supporting Senior QS in arranging site showround and sales enquiries Arrange for collection of Tender documents [ cheque ] Arrange for printing of tender documents [paper cost] Collating Vendor's quotation Taking off quantities Monitoring and ensuring vendor revert on time Inking of documents Arrange timely submission of tenders keeping track of Vos (Supporting SENIOR QS) Issuing of Purchase Order to all vendors and informing project team on long lead time items (Supporting SENIOR QS) Evaluating of progress if works and submitting claims to clients ( Supporting and subject to approval of SENIOR QS ) Evaluation of vendors progress claim and issuing of certification ( Supporting and subject to approval of SENIOR QS ) Ensuring all PO & AI is issued by Client / Representative (Supporting SENIOR QS ) Essential Skills and Qualifications:- . An ability to deliver the highest standards of service to our clients. . An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets. . Minimum Academic Requirements . Excellent literacy and numeracy skills . Good IT skills with competency at Microsoft Word and Excel . A willingness to attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. . To have good spoken and written communication skills . To be self motivated with ability to work on own initiative . To be able to co-ordinate a number of different projects at the same time. . be willing to accept responsibility for completing designated task
