Your key responsibilities:

Analytical support for COO and Business Management Community in order to plan and implement business strategy
Assist with various initiatives across the Business Management landscape. Performing tasks across the BM roles e.g. business analysis, process improvement, audit closure etc
Play a key co-ordination role across Asia Financing infrastructure partners, including leading BOATs, regular calls with Operations & Finance
Lead annual CRAFT pack preparations for MAS

Your skills and experience:

5+ Years in a COO or Business function supporting Investment Banking
Experience co-ordinating and leading groups such as Front Office, Finance & Operations departments in Project Management and/or day-to-day activity management is essential as this is core to the role.
Strong Experience in costing, controls, handling financials and business management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), in particular comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
An excellent communicator in written and verbal format
Analytical and proactive
Able to work independently with oversight from senior team members; able to identify key risks/escalate appropriately.
Organised, detail oriented, and thorough

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
