Your key responsibilities
  • Ensuring payment and securities transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all standard operating procedures
  • Perform checks for trade related and client signed documents. Ensuring accuracy, qualification, and documentation.
  • Support portfolio management team with daily hedging requirements
  • Generate & review control reports daily, escalating any outstanding items to business
  • Perform independent call back function on client instructions in relation to payments and static data changes
  • Prepare documentation to external parties such as reference letters and confirmation of balances to auditors
  • Keep track of regulatory requirements applicable, provide solutions and implement to BAU operations
  • Support on the monthly Quality Assurance review.
Your skills and experience
  • Minimum Bachelors degree or the equivalent in a related discipline
  • At least 1-3 years of experience working within the banking industry.
  • Familiarity with payment processing and products such as bonds, structured products, funds and OTC.
  • Comfortable with numbers and possess strong analytical skills to investigate financial deviations and drivers
  • Pro-active and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to learn and take on additional challenges
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to assist with operation matters for the Chinese speaking stakeholders/clients.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
