  • You will have the opportunity to oversee and guide a small team of content marketing specialists based in Asia, ensuring content quality and consistency throughout the organization.

We will count on you to:
  • Write and own the quality of regional Marsh and Mercer campaigns across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing business partners, creative service, local market marketing partners, and product managers to set a high bar for overall content development.
  • Lead a small team of regional content marketing specialists based across Asia to ensure quality and consistency of content.
  • Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices.
  • Collaborate with, influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and their feedback.
  • Synthesize internal and external feedback to improve content clarity and quality.
  • Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Lead SEO keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into digital content. Work in conjunction with internal and external subject matter experts to formulate effective Google search engine marketing ad copy to drive click-throughs and conversions.
  • Formulate impactful visual content to complement written articles and copy, working in conjunction with the creative and video team.
  • Monitor and report organic traffic performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist with media relations and internal communications where necessary (e.g., award submissions, press releases).
What you need to have:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of communications, marketing, or translation experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A prolific storyteller with extensive experience writing for online platforms, able to write succinct and catchy headlines and captions optimized for search engines.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in written and verbal communication skills, strong editing skills, including copy rewriting when needed.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with professionalism.
  • Experience in writing with a focus on demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing.
  • Possess a good working and cultural knowledge of the Asia Pacific region.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to deal with rapid changes and challenging situations.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.
  • Writing portfolio including, but not limited to, feature articles, ad campaigns, blog posts, product launch content, editorial calendar, email newsletters, press releases, and style guide additions.

  • Leadership experience in managing a small team.
  • Candidates with a demonstrable track record in either enterprise journalism, distilling research into well-framed stories with strong compelling leads, or editing experience with an online media, English-language newspaper, or magazine.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese.
  • Familiarity with essential digital marketing tools and marketing technology software such as Google Ads, SEMRush, and Microsoft Office Suite.
