Doctors\xe2\x80\x99 recruitment & selection- Screen through CVs to check that applicants\xe2\x80\x99 qualifications are registrable with Singapore Medical Council.- Arrange for interview.- Upon acceptance of offer, to prepare for doctor\xe2\x80\x99s commencement of duty.2. Singapore Medical Council\xe2\x80\x99s application process- For conditionally registered applicants3. Appraisals- Prepare for doctors\xe2\x80\x99 regular appraisals (confirmation, half yearly, yearly)- Arrange for appraisal sessions.3. Training Coordination and Events- Organise (i) orientation session for new doctors, (ii) monthly training session, (iii) surgical skills and chronic disease management workshops, (iv) resident doctors\xe2\x80\x99 training4.
