Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Oversee daily Ranger Buddy operations, including sales, record-keeping, inventory checks/ control, and equipment preparation.\xc2\xb7 Manage inventory levels of Ranger Buddy products (programmes & rewards), and other relevant materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely restocking.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and ensure cleanliness and show quality of location(s) are in accordance to standards\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and/or report equipment malfunctions.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the environment is welcoming and exemplary service are delivered during interactions\xc2\xb7 Lead the team to engage guests as brand ambassador, promoting the Ranger Buddy products\xc2\xb7 Address and rectify guest concerns and feedback\xc2\xb7 Anticipate crowd level and deploy necessary crowd control measures and/or queue management\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and supervision to the Ranger Buddy Crew\xc2\xb7 Assist in the OJT training of new hires\xc2\xb7 Ensure the Ranger Buddy Crew are up to date about Ranger Buddy products and general Mandai Wildlife Reserve offerings\xc2\xb7 Manage deployment and task assignments\xc2\xb7 Support and ensure that positions are always manned\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \'N\' Level\xc2\xb7 Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service/hospitality experience\xc2\xb7 Enjoys interacting with children\xc2\xb7 Service-driven positive attitude with an outgoing personality\xc2\xb7 Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public.\xc2\xb7 Able to stand for long hours, in both indoor and outdoor environmentShortlisted applicants will be allocated to the different parks accordingly.Specialization : Indoor Attractions
