Job Responsibilities:

Lead the research and setup of automated laser production line equipment Facilitate the transition of R&D results into practical applications and scalable production Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for new products Develop and expand product market reach and sales channels Manage and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve project and business goals

Requirements?

Bachelor's degree or above in Optoelectronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Precision Instruments, Control Engineering, or related fields Over 10 years of R&D experience in industrial intelligent equipment or laser systems, including at least 3 years in managing R&D teams Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in system integration of laser processing, motion control systems, FPGA-based control, machine vision, and precision measurement technologies Proven track record in leading multiple full-cycle product developments from concept to successful commercialization, with strong technical coordination and interdisciplinary integration skills Candidate experience in patents, project management, or client-oriented technical communication will be considered a significant plus
