Overview of the Role:The Technology Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the company. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of technology projects and initiatives.

• Source for new technology that can help the company business Consumer Care and Life Sciences division to generate more revenues
• Work very closely with the Head of R&D within the Asia Region
• Present ideas and pitches to consumer care and life science division leaders, demonstrating how this technology can generate good ROI and secure funding for the project rollout.
• Identify if the technology is feasible in all company\'s Asia region by supporting the research and community within Asia if the technology can be rolled out in that region

Line Management Responsibility:

• Directly manage and mentor a team of technology developers and engineers.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Purpose of the Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for technological advancements and drive innovation.
• Ensure that technology projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to report on project progress and technology developments.
• Facilitate collaboration between technology teams and other departments to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Represent the company in external forums and maintain professional relationships with industry partners.

Specific Regulatory/Legal Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements related to technology development and implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
