Responsibilities:
Generate client leads to market and sell properties through networking, site visits, project viewings, and social media.
Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking.
Build positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with property agents and customers.
Responsible and contribute towards the individual and organizational sales targets
Updating activity and result reports, such as daily cold calling, prospecting, and daily work plans, through CRM system.
Customer-centric to answer inquiries related to sales procedures and advise customers on loans and other matters.
Conduct all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Business travel to regional countries may be required
Requirements:
Registered Real Estate Salesperson (RES) with CEA
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or relevant fields
Ability to network and develop strong customer relationships.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and articulate
Detail-oriented, highly organised, Technology savvy, proficient in MS Office and social media.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication (written and oral) skills
Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in local and foreign property sales would be an advantage.
