Perform regular checks of the property to ensure common areas/facade are well maintained . Coordinate with contractors for the maintenance of the properties . Respond to any emergencies promptly to minimise disruptions to tenant's business . Handle all enquiries in a timely manner Requirements: . At least a diploma in Accounting or Facilities/Estate Management or equivalent . Minimum 2 years working experience . Possess good communication skills and EQ to handle leasing, negotiations and necessary paperwork . Able to multi-task and work well with deadlines
