We are partnering with a leading Boutique Hotel group to identify a key member of their team to help drive their future success and expansion plans.This role as Real Estate Investment Director will lead the Group\'s real estate division, working closely with the Group CEO as a trusted advisor.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategy, identify new investments, and manage future investment plans.If you\'re passionate about Hospitality real estate and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a solid hotel deals track record, please see below.Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Develop and execute the real estate investment strategy aligned with the hotel brand\'s growth objectives.Investment Identification: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and deal structuring for real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to assess demand, trends, and competitive landscape.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial models, perform due diligence, and assess investment feasibility.Portfolio Management: Oversee the existing real estate portfolio, optimizing performance and maximizing returns.Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with investors, strategic partners, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.Risk Management: Mitigate risks associated with real estate investments and adapt to changing market conditions.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master\'s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate investment, with a focus on hospitality or boutique hotels.
• Proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in real estate valuation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
