About JLL Real Estate (Marketing) Intern

What this job involves

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a marketing professional.

This 12-week programme will give you a flavour of what it takes to work in one of our Transactions business lines. Working closely under the mentorship of an experienced capital markets professional, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

Alongside these experiences, you will be engaged on a structured learning journey that will help you explore how you can develop into a marketing professional. You will have the opportunity to hear from senior stakeholders on their journeys, as well as benefit from the available group coaching and self-paced learning modules.

Your tasks include the following:

• Capability Statement Refresh- Work with the Capital Markets and Work Dynamics teams to refresh their CapStatements to align with the new CapStatement aesthetics and brand guidelines
• Colocation Advisory Cap Statement- need to develop this material with support from team
• Social Media Posts- need to develop multiple campaigns for the entire business (Capital Markets, Leasing, Work Dynamics, Research). LinkedIn will be platform
• InfoGraphics- want to develop a series of infographics that support/align with the social media posts
• Market Presentations- using the new brand guidelines, develop a template for short market overviews (2-3 slides summarizing the local DC markets). Will also develop some of the market presentations if information is readily available

You are currently pursuing a diploma in Marketing, Media and Communications or a similar marketing related field. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.
