Job Description



We are seeking an organised and proactive Real Estate Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate professional or team. The role involves managing administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, marketing, and transaction coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence. Prepare and proofread documents and contracts. Communicate with clients and schedule property showings. Update property listings, marketing materials, and social media. Coordinate transaction timelines and paperwork. Conduct market research and generate reports

Requirements



Experience in administrative or real estate roles. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., MLS, CRM). Ability to multitask and handle confidential information. Valid driving licence and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work. * Minimum Diploma
