Job Description
- Leading corporate firm
- Permanent headcount based in Singapore
- Asset Management / Portfolio Management
- Assist the head and SVP in portfolio management of the business unit\xe2\x80\x99s assets in SEA markets
- Support business unit level initiatives eg. budgeting, forecasting, valuation, ESG, corporate governance etc and reporting as well as syndication of new private funds / fund management
- Support the country teams in new investments and divestments, including deal evaluation, preparation of approval papers and asset management initiatives
- Support country teams in formulating and executing asset management initiatives and potential exit strategies to optimise asset value
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline
- At least 4-8 years of relevant experience in Investment and Asset Management (Title given accordingly)
- Team player, family culture
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
- Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
- Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling
- Good business and financial acumen, resourceful
