Real Estate Specialist, Singapore

As a Real Estate Specialist, Singapore, you will be responsible for supporting the real estate manager to overseeing the facility management and maintenance activities of building and its compound about 30,000 sqm. Reporting to Real Estate Manager, Singapore, you will be ensuring the smooth operations of facilities and oversee the site\xe2\x80\x99s workspace improvement work and building A&A projects. This position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing, proposing and supporting in implementing real estate function/ specialized area actions to improve efficiency, performance and cost-effective service delivery. Ensuring quality works
• Strong WSH awareness and support in energy and sustainability initiatives
• Overseeing and leading a team in facility management & security related for assigned facility
• Supporting in invoicing and purchase orders requests, ensure timely payment to vendors
• Establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Experience in workspace planning
• Good knowledge of IFM and project management

Your background

• Diploma with minimal 3 years related experience
• Work independently and analytic skills, able to multi tasks well
• Should have knowledge in WSH, Project management, Workspace planning, IFM
• Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English
