Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process real estate transaction forms and documents
  • Administrative tasks
  • Assist with processing leads and communication with leads in real estate proprietary brokerage CRM.
  • Organize expenses: download invoices, organize, enter into spreadsheet for year-end taxes.
  • Assist with setting up and managing new social media channels for real estate.
  • Monitor, research, extract/source new real estate projects to create content ideas for social media platforms, website, brochures, etc.
  • Assist with correspondences with other agents and brokerages regarding transactions, property showings, bookings, and other real estate communication.
  • Assist with new real estate content for marketing purposes.
  • Setup workflow for various procedures and processes.
  • Checking mailboxes and processing emails / follow up / action plans / extracting and summarizing info.
  • Pro-Active, Initiative, Transparent, Honest & Punctual.
