Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Process bookings from various booking platforms
  • Schedule jobs for contractors (Cleaning, Maintenance and Concierge jobs)
  • Answering Inquiries and accepting bookings on phone and through property management software
  • Other administrative jobs such as filing resolutions and claims
  • Generating Reports for Account Managers
  • Support Account Managers requests.
  • VAs to familiarize themselves with walk through videos of property
Job Requirements
  • Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year course (diploma holder)
  • Should have at least 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience and 2 more years of BPO experience
  • Experience with Word Processing software and Spreadsheets
  • Excellent home, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Should be fluent in English
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
